Geographical spread of our Sales
- We, an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, started our operations in the year 2002.
- We are based at Coimbatore - South India, one of the major the hubs for Industrial Engineering in India, with special emphasis on Castings & Machined Components.
- We started with a capacity of 100 Tonnes / month and has now expanded to a capacity of 600 tonnes / month in the year 2007.
- About 70% of our produce is exported
- Value wise we achieve a sales turnover of INR 250 Million (Indian Rupees).
We supply the following grades in Cast Iron family
- Cast Iron - CI Gr.20, CI Gr.25, CI Gr.30
- S.G Iron / Ductile Iron - 400/12, 500/7, 550/6, 600/3, 700/2
- Ni-Hard - Type I, Type II, Type III, Type IV
We supply rough and finish machined castings.
Our business expansion plan for the coming two years:
- Full fledged In house machined shop with CNC machining supported by conventional machines.
- DISA - ARPA 900 moulding machines for heavy moulding.
- A 2 Tons/hr capacity tri-track Induction Furnace for increasing our melting capacity from 600 Tons to 1000 Tons/ Month.
- ERP system for efficient and on line system control.
- QS 9000 systems aiming at high levels of Quality Assurance.
- TS 16949 certification to achieve optimum process efficiency.
- Vectra Form machine for inspection of the patterns/moulds.
- Over head mono rail system for molten metal pouring using ladles.
