Pattern Shop

Moulding facility
- One pair of DISA ARPA 300 simultaneous jolt squeeze moulding machine to accommodate 520 X 520 X 200 mm moulding boxes.
- One pair of DISA ARPA 450 simultaneous jolt squeeze moulding machines to accommodate 700 X 650 X 350 mm moulding boxes.
- The moulding department is supported by overhead hoists to handle the closing and shifting of moulding boxes.
- Six track lines to accommodate 100 boxes mounted on trolleys.
- An automatic sand plant of 100 Tons capacity.
- Sand conveyor with Magnetic Separator to feed sand to the Hopper.
- Core sand mixer and Carbon Di Oxide core making facility.
- A core shooter with double cavity.
- 300 sets of 525 X 525 X 125 mm Cast Iron moulding boxes.
- 100 sets of 400 X 520 X 100 mm Cast Iron moulding boxes.
- Air guns connected to pneumatic lines supplied from 2 ELGI make 30 HP Compressors.
- Machine moulding area of 20000 Sq Ft.
- Hand moulding area of 5000 Sq Ft.
Melting Facility
- An Inductotherm make Medium Frequency Induction Furnace double crucible type with 1.5 tons / hour capacity.
- An Inductotherm make Medium Frequency Induction Furnace double crucible type with 1 ton / hour capacity.
- Tea pot ladle for magnesium treatment for Ductile Iron
- 12 numbers of SOHGS Hand Shanks.
- Dust collector facility for environmental protection
Fettling facility
- Two numbers of 500 KGs capacity shot blasting machine.
- Five numbers of Bench grinders.
- One swing frame grinder.
- One AG4, two AG7 & one AG12 grinder.
